Wagering Requirements

Right to Modify or Withdraw Promotions

vl444 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Self-Exclusion

Closure by vl444

vl444 reserves the right to close or suspend any account, at any time and without prior notice, where there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of: breach of these Terms; fraudulent or criminal activity; underage gambling; abuse of promotional systems; or any other conduct that is harmful to the integrity of the platform or to other players. In cases of confirmed fraud or Terms breach, balances may be withheld or forfeited.

vl444 provides its platform and services on an "as available" basis. While vl444 takes all reasonable steps to ensure platform uptime, security, and game integrity, it cannot guarantee uninterrupted access and does not accept liability for losses arising from: scheduled or unscheduled maintenance; internet service disruptions; mobile network outages; third-party payment processor failures; or force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, civil unrest, or governmental action.

This limitation applies regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms limits vl444's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Governing Language

These Terms and all related communications are in English. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms shall be addressed and resolved in English. Translation of any part of these Terms into another language is provided for convenience only and shall have no legal effect.
